Greg Sanker, CIO for the State of Oregon and Lead Author of the ITIL 4 Change Enablement Practice Guide delivered his presentation titled: “IT Change Management at the Speed of Business”. As organizations everywhere are adopting more agile ways, change management and its signature CAB has become increasingly problematic. Agile development teams are delivering dozens or hundreds of releases every day and traditional change management simply can’t keep pace.
