In June 2018 I completed and passed my certification for DevOps Leader.  This class builds upon the DevOps Foundation class by providing guidance on how to enact the cultural change aspects and the type of leadership required to transform an organization into the new way of working that are required in the new age of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, Microservices, etc.  Knowing how to structure your teams and organization, and how best to lead them, are essential for DevOps success.
