Last week I attended my ITIL 4 Foundation class for ITSM Academy approved instructors. I took my certification exam on Sunday, and received my results today. I am pleased to report that I passed the exam, as expected, and I am now looking forward to teaching the ITIL 4 Foundation class starting in March.
