Thank you to the PMI Western Idaho Chapter for giving me the opportunity to present on “What’s New in ITIL 4 (for PMs)” at the April 24th dinner meeting.  I felt the presentation was very well received by the project managers in attendance, and I look forward to seeing how the community moves forward with embracing this exciting new version of IT Service Management best practices!
